Exchanges and Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.

Certain items, such as fabrics, used furniture, bedding, duvets, pillows, and damaged products, are not eligible for exchange. However, items with manufacturing defects that are not caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions can be returned, exchanged, or repaired. Please ensure you have the original receipt when returning such items.

If a product is defective, not functioning as expected, or significantly different from its description or sample, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange. To request a return or exchange, please reach out to our Customer Care team via email or our website contact form. If returning the product is not necessary for your refund, you will be notified by email or phone.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible once the returned item is received at our distribution center. Please allow 15-20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement after it has been issued.

In the event of a double payment due to an error, one of the transactions will be refunded to the same payment method within 15-20 business days following investigation.

If you purchased through our website and wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Care team, who will assist you. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notifying you of the return status. If approved, we will process your refund. If rejected, we will inform you of the reason for the refusal.
